Making a return is very simple. We hope that the products are to your liking; at the same time, we want to guarantee you the security of being able to make a return in total serenity.

The return must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

*On all orders placed by 22/12/2023, the return period has been extended until 31/01/2024.

The products must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean and with tags still attached, as well as including all the original intact packaging and related accessories received with the order.

After an order is placed and payment has been made on our e-commerce, we are unable to cancel or change it. This is due to our fast-processing times at our warehouse. We advise you to carefully read our shipping and returns policy as well as our shipping costs and delivery time. Items purchased online cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged in WP Store physical stores; furthermore, items purchased in our physical stores cannot be returned online.

The size change is not currently possible: if you want a different size, return the item of the wrong size and then proceed to submit a new order.

To initiate a return request, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Go to the Returns Portal and enter your order number, along with the e-mail you used to complete the purchase.
  2. Select the products to return and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Enter your personal details and choose one of the collection methods available for your country. Confirm the return request.
  4. Wait a few minutes and check your e-mail box: you will find a prepaid shipping label to use to return the goods.
  5. Insert all the items to be returned inside a resistant package. If possible, use the same box in which you received your order. Use the appropriate packaging material to prevent the items from being damaged during transport. Remove any old addresses, labels and barcodes.
  6. Close the package with adhesive tape, print the received label and apply it firmly to the outside of the package.
  7. Deliver the package to the Courier following the method you chose at the time of the return request.
  8. The items will reach our warehouses in 14-21 working days; upon arrival, we will proceed to verify the integrity of the items and reimburse them in the same payment method used for the order. The amount of €10 will be retained to cover the cost of the return courier label.

If more than 14 days have passed from the date of delivery of the goods, it is not possible to independently initiate a return request.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
